Ladies: Are you ignoring Dysmenorrhea?

I n simple terms, Painful menstrual cycle called Dysmenorrhea . Now, we all of us must be aware of the fact that during menstruation, in our uterus, there is a thin line , which sheds away once in a month , therefore, some contraction of nerves takes place which results in pain, cramps or some sort of discomfort (I mean mood swings here).  But when, this pain becomes so problematic that you misses your school, college or workplace , then this issue becomes serious. Before going deeper, let us find out its types: It is of 2 types: Primary and Secondary . Primary Dysmenorrhea - Some women starts feeling the pain 2-3 days before the arrival of menses. Since, the imposition of weekend curfew in New Delhi, the weather has changed its appearance. From Saturday, capital witnessed dust storms resultant, falling of trees and traffic jams . Apart from that, light showers also called as drizzle  (having diameter of 0.2-0.5mm) or maybe less than that,   also took place.  The cloudy weather brought the mercury down slightly, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said. The cyclones names are so different each year is due to: ease the communication, reduce the confusion (as sometimes a year face more than a storm) easy understanding and learning of people. remember any culture, religion, famous personality, or nature. This naming process started back in 2004 by WMO (World Meteorological Organization), Geneva, Switzerland . but the process started in 2000. It took 4 years to name cyclones for consecutive 6 years. WMO divided the world basins into many parts or regional centers called Regional Specialized Meteorological Centers (RMSC)  There are total six regional centers across the world. India has one named Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), with it's center  in New Delhi , the capital.
